Use Tor Browser, the build from the official download page. Copy the address from the panel above with the copy button. Do not retype it by hand. Paste it into the address bar and press enter.

A v3 circuit builds from scratch on every load. Expect ten to sixty seconds before the page appears, and longer when the network is busy. A connection reset while the circuit is forming is normal for a v3 service. Wait, then reload once. If the page still does not come up after a second attempt, move to the next section.

When it lands, a real storefront shows immediately: product categories, a search box, vendor listings, a login link. That is the market. A lookalike, by contrast, tends to lead with a login form before you have seen a single product. If a password screen appears before the storefront is in front of you, you are on the wrong site.

What to check when you arrive

Start with the address bar. Read the onion string exactly as it sits there, the way you copied it. A v3 address is 56 characters of base32, the letters a to z plus the digits 2 to 7, so there are no zeros and no ones. If the string in your bar is a different length, or it carries a 0 or a 1, you are not on Awazon.

Check the branding. The logo, the layout, the language, the category order. Compare it against what you expect from a known Awazon storefront, not against a screenshot floating in a forum thread.

Then the fingerprint. Awazon posts its PGP fingerprint on the site, usually in the about section or the footer. Finally, look for an admin release. A current statement from the operators, posted on the market and signed with that same key, is the strongest single signal that the address in front of you is the live one. No release, or a release signed by a different key, is a reason to stop and recheck before you type anything.

Logging in

Use a separate email address for the market, one you do not reuse anywhere else. Use a password you have never typed anywhere before. Generate it, store it, and do not improvise a pattern you might reuse later.

One position is valid for the login form: the market's own page, after the storefront is on screen. If a form appears before you have seen a single product, or if the address shifts at the moment it shows up, it is not Awazon. Close the tab and start again from the panel above.

Registering and logging in are different moments. Register first, confirm the account through whatever flow the market uses, and only then treat the password as live. A password typed into the wrong site is a password that is now known to a stranger.

First buy on a young market

A market that opened in 2024 has a young vendor pool. Short review histories, unproven shipping lanes, and a few vendors who are still learning the platform. The first order is where most of the risk sits, so make it cheap and make it watched.

Pick a vendor with reviews, even if the count is small. A handful of completed orders beats a long listing with none. Before you buy, confirm the vendor's PGP key against what the market shows. The order flow is the same as anywhere else, but the stakes of a first order are higher, because you are the one building the record.

Keep the first position cheap. A low-value item tests the whole chain, vendor, shipping, tracking, without putting real money at risk. Ask for a tracking code, and watch the order page for it. When the vendor goes quiet past the stated shipping window, open a dispute immediately rather than waiting for a reply that may not come. If the address does not open

Three equal addresses, no ranking among them. The one you copied will not open, so take another from the panel. A fresh circuit needs its full time before judgment; one reload if it stalls.
